Order and Shipment
Thank you for taking an interest in our Collections. Please read the flow of events.
Once we have received you order, we will provide you with a pro-forma invoice that includes shipping costs in accordance with products ordered. You may select whether you would prefer using the South African Post Office service as normal mail or counter-to-counter speedservices. We can also send your choice of products to you via our courier service (Berco), or you may choice a courier service of your choice for COD payment.
As we carry stock of all our products, we can usually ship within 2 days of receiving your payment. The estimated shipment will be indicated when you receive your pro-forma invoice.
An estimate of prices will be posted here soon for various areas.
Return Policy: Although we make every effort to package parcels securely in order to avoid damage, it does happen ocassionaly. In such an instance, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of parcel. You may return the parcel to us for a replacement item (the postage being for your own account).

There has been illness and death in the families of many of our staff and crafters during the last 2 weeks, whom our condolences are with. Many of our new products have not been completed to show and offer you, so we will continue with this special a little longer for those who have not taken advantage.
