Thank you for taking an interest in our Collections.  Please read the flow of events.

Once we have received your order, we will provide you with a pro-forma invoice that includes shipping costs in accordance with products ordered.  You may select whether you would prefer using the South African Post Office service as normal mail or counter-to-counter speedservices.  We can also send your choice of products to you via our courier service (Berco), or you may choice a courier service of your choice for COD payment.

As we carry stock of all our products, we can usually ship within 2 days of receiving your payment, otherwise we will indicate when your purchase will be available.  The cost of the shipment will be indicated when you receive your pro-forma invoice.

Return Policy:  We make every effort to package parcels securely in order to avoid damage, but this may still occur.  We therefore insure all parcels, being sent for our account, on your behalf.
